We are looking for a Checkout Supervisor who will play a key role in managing the checkout area and leading a team of cashiers.
Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient operations while upholding excellent customer service standards.
Salary: €32k – €35k Key Responsibilities of this Checkout Supervisor : Supervise and support checkout staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor cash handling and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Assist with training and development of new staff members.
Implement store promotions and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
Maintain a clean and organised checkout area.
Requirements for this Checkout Supervisor : Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
