Job Title: Patient Care Specialist
The role of a Patient Care Specialist is to provide exceptional patient care in a hospital or nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in catering and be able to work independently as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
* To set up, assemble and serve food for patients and special functions in a timely manner.
* To wash dishes and clean the work area, tables, cabinets and floors using appropriate solutions and techniques.
* To follow HACCP guidelines and ensure that all necessary information is recorded accurately and efficiently.
* To observe infection control and HACCP policies in food handling and storage, wearing gloves and proper protective equipment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous catering experience essential
* Must be willing to undergo Garda Vetting
