Job Description:
As a Systems Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and closure of commissioning activities on large and small scale projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all systems are properly commissioned and qualified prior to handover.
This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement and construction, to ensure that all commissioning activities are aligned with the project scope and schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing commissioning plans and schedules
* Coordinating and supervising third-party suppliers, vendors and contractors as necessary
* Monitoring and reporting on project progress and communicating any shortfalls or issues to stakeholders
* Participating in decision-making forums to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a degree in an engineering discipline or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and commissioning activities.
Strong technical knowledge of systems and equipment is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing complex projects, working with cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
