Senior Cost Management Professional We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Management Professional to join our commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious quantity surveyor looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our business. About the Role: This role will involve taking ownership of cost management across a portfolio of projects, from tender through to final account. You will be responsible for preparing detailed budgets and forecasts for review by senior management, leading subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations, and contract awards. You will oversee subcontractor and supplier payments in line with agreed terms and company procedures. Additionally, you will support junior members of the commercial team where required, collaborate with Contracts Managers and Project Managers to ensure cost and programme objectives are achieved. h3>Requirements: 1. 8+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within fit-out, commercial or residential construction. 2. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. 3. Proven experience managing costs & contracts on large-scale construction projects.
