About the Role: As Revenue Manager, you will take full responsibility for developing and implementing revenue management strategies across rooms, F&B, and events. You will analyse market trends, manage pricing and inventory, and collaborate closely with sales, reservations, and the senior management team to maximise profitability while maintaining the propertys reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximise room, F&B, and event revenues. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasts. Manage inventory, pricing, and distribution channels to optimise yield. Produce accurate revenue reports and forecasts for senior management. Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance. Requirements: Proven experience as a Revenue Manager (or Assistant Revenue Manager ready to step up) in a 4* or 5* hotel. Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic skills. Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, and channel managers. Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities.
