The firm has a growing tax practice that advises domestic and international corporations, asset managers and financial institutions on a wide range of financial and commercial transactions, including debt capital markets, general corporate tax, investment funds, aircraft leasing, mergers and acquisitions, cross border tax planning and real estate work.
You will have the opportunity to work on matters ranging from financial services and structured finance transactions, banking and corporate lending and receivables financing. Aircraft finance and leasing and investment funds work, as well as corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and real estate matters, in a varied and interesting environment.
