They are currently looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator to support clients across Ireland.
You will be required to go to their Naas or Kildare office once a week.

This is a 12 month maternity contract, with possibility of being made permanent within one of their many offices.
Role Responsibilities
Monitor and file company annual returns
Prepare company minutes
Provide administrative and secretarial support
Attend and take minutes for General Meetings and Board meetings
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Strong communication and time management skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Growth mindset and willingness to learn
