Senior HR Business Partner – Full Time, Permanent
Senior HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic HR support to the Heads of Departments and staff.

Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support their goals.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice to managers and staff.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
Develop and implement performance management programs.
Collaborate with the Hospital HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws.
Stay current on sector trends and best practices to enhance HR programs.
Lead or support transformation projects and champion change management.
Optimise HRIS usage and provide data-driven insights.
Support leadership development and oversee complex IR/ER case management.
Ensure effective workforce planning and support culture and values initiatives.
Mentor and coach HR colleagues, acting as deputy to the Regional Head of HR.
Represent HR at executive, governance, and cross-hospital forums.
Support HR budget planning, workforce cost analysis and organisational development initiatives.
Prepare and present HR reports and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Hold an HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent); Masters level desirable.
Significant HR experience supporting a large cohort of professional staff.
Proficient in employment law and employee relations matters.
Excellent planning, organisational and resource management skills.
Detail oriented with high standards of accuracy.
Advanced leadership, interpersonal and people management abilities.
Strong project management, negotiation, and mediation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
Experience leading HR change initiatives is highly desirable.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
Experience in training and supervising staff.
Knowledge of HR best practice processes and procedures.
Excellent IT skills; ECDL and HRIS experience desirable.
