My client, based in the Dublin area, is a leading player in the Services industry, specialising in Cleaning, Security, and Facilities Management. Due to continued success, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic team and drive business growth. The role in a nutshell: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling. Main responsibilities include: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while maintaining comprehensive records in CRM systems Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have the following: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience with B2B sales strategies and execution. - Familiarity with the Cleaning and/or Security Services/Facilities Management industry Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics and performance data. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and customer service. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a documented track record of achieving sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) with the ability to travel within Ireland as needed.
