Key Responsibilities
Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience is provided.
Ensure the venue is fully prepared for service each shift.
Leading food service within the operating procedures as discussed and agreed with Management.
Assist in training and developing the team to best possible experience provided to the guest as required.
Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
To deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
To assist in management and training of staff.
Demonstrates high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Responsibility of opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.
