Our client, a highly successful Cork-based company in the service sector, is continuing to expand and is now seeking two Part-Time Office and HR Administrators to join their growing team.
This is an office-based role in Cork City, ideal for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to progress their career in administration and HR. You will be joining a supportive and experienced team in a fast-paced, professional environment, with flexibility around part-time hours (morning or afternoon/evening cover).
You will play a key role in day-to-day office operations, HR administration, and internal recruitment, ensuring the business runs smoothly and remains compliant with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficient day-to-day management of the company office
* Reception duties as required
* Management and administration of the company's recruitment platform
* Overseeing the recruitment process and liaising with candidates
* Maintaining and updating employee files and documentation
* Managing contracts of employment, handbooks, and internal compliance processes
* Using the internal booking system to support operational requirements
* Assisting in the preparation of client quotations and costing documentation
What You'll Bring:
* 3+ years of experience in office and/or HR administration
* Relevant HR qualification or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of GDPR policies and procedures
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy team
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* High attention to detail, with strong planning and coordination abilities
