Job Title: General Nurse in Primary Care
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Nurse to join our busy, patient-centred GP practice. As a skilled clinician, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, support chronic disease management, and work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standards of primary care.

About the Role:
1. You will provide comprehensive nursing care in line with clinical guidelines and best practice;
2. Perform vaccinations and immunisations (childhood, adult, flu, travel);
3. Conduct phlebotomy; ECGs; blood pressure monitoring; urinalysis; wound care,
4. Manage and support chronic disease clinics: Diabetes Asthma/COPD Cardiovascular disease Hypertension;
The successful candidate must be registered as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN from NMBI.
