**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Proposition Manager to lead the development and execution of new propositions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement strategies that drive customer-centric proposition development and delivery across commercial, finance, technology, and channels.
* To define and deliver initiatives within the consumer business to drive growth and evolve customer offerings.
* To act as a central point of communication for all new proposition queries, ensuring customer needs are understood and clear plans are defined to deliver them.
* To stay close to competition and understand their customer offer and recommend how to best respond to create a point of difference.
* To work closely with cross-functional teams to capture key consumer/market/competitive insights and business benefits (business case).
* To manage and handle escalations for any issues, risks, and concerns with the delivery of new propositions.

* Experience as a seasoned leader who can galvanize others behind the team's vision and direction.
