Reporting/BusinessAnalyst Responsibilities to include but not belimited to the following Conduct data analysis, spot data trends,perform gap analysis, generate reports, and recommend improvementsto current business metric collectionprocess Produce and deliver tracking andreporting for key KPI/SLA’s in thebusiness Design key dashboards and scorecards forSenior Leadership and Business Unit (Team Leaders, Training Team,Quality Analysts/Analysts,etc.) Perform ad-hoc data analysis to supportthe business initiatives Create and maintain efficient and securesystems for recording data and producing relevantdocumentation Maintain the daily relationship with thebusiness intelligencesupplier Seek opportunities to drive innovationand process improvement within the reportingspectrum RecommendedQualifications 2-3 years of experience working in areporting environment, with proven ability to deliver high quality& accurate reports within demandingtimescales Strong technical and numerical skillswith advanced Excelskills Strong communication skills (both writtenand verbal) - ability to clearly communicate complex quantitativeanalysis in actionableinsights Detail-oriented and passion forproblem-solving Ability to work on own initiative or aspart of a team Knowledge of datatools
