Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction project coordinator to manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee daily tasks for site teams and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
* Manage and control all on-site health and safety issues, including sub-contractors, to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
* Develop lookahead programmes to ensure smooth project delivery and monitor budgets and productivity to maximise efficiency.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolve any site issues promptly to minimise disruption.
* Mentor and support team members to encourage professional growth and development.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' relevant construction experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
* Proven track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
* Completion of Site Safety Supervisor Programme (or equivalent) and a full clean driving licence.
* Strong written and spoken English and excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
