Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Event Project Manager based in Dublin 14 with flexibility to work from home (2 days per week). The Event Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing events. Daily tasks include communicating with clients and vendors, preparing event budgets, managing event logistics, coordinating event staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The role involves working closely with the team to deliver successful events that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and Client Coordination
* Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
* Experience with Budgeting and Budget Management
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
* Experience of conference registration software
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
* Be an EU Citizen and fluent in English
