You champion local initiatives to the wider Region andshare best practice.● You encourage a culture of continuous improvement, driving the implementation of innovationsthat will create account success● You assist project teams on large scale refurbishments, fit-outs or new builds associated withcontract Undertake all other duties & tasks as reasonably requested by your line manager Additional Responsibilities: The TSM will manage the Dublin portfolio with the current team to ensure resilience, sufficient technical expertise, significant and demonstrable, management experience.
Areas of responsibilities for the Technical Services Manager:● Manage the Dublin campus Business as Usual (BAU), First & Last Day of Business (FDOB's/LDOB's)in addition to projects as assigned by our client.● To manage and maintain all IDF/MDF (Specialized Live Google Spaces) within all Googlebuildings.● Responsible for delivery of a detailed programme of preventative maintenance to ensure assetsare managed in line with warranty requirements and asset life is optimised.● To ensure effective risk management strategies are in place, recorded, actioned and reported asdirected in line with compliance procedures.
