Description
We are seeking a qualified accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as a Manager. This role is critical in managing the year-end process for audit-exempt limited company clients, ensuring full compliance with statutory and tax obligations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner and team to deliver high-quality financial reporting and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual financial statements for audit-exempt limited companies in accordance with accounting standards.
Manage filing obligations with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
Prepare and submit Corporation Tax (CT) returns.
Complete income tax returns for company directors.
Ensure all compliance matters for assigned clients are met on time.
Liaise with clients to resolve queries and provide proactive advice.
Support the Partner in client meetings and presentations.
Assist with strategic business advisory projects for clients.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve client performance.
Support the Partner in Members' Voluntary Liquidations and related assignments.
Key Requirements
ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified accountant.
3–5 years of relevant experience in practice, with strong exposure to year-end compliance.
Excellent knowledge of Irish accounting standards and tax compliance requirements.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
