We are seeking applications for the position of Finance Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at Dublin Airport, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
It represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a growing organisation within a dynamic and fast-moving industry.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop and mentor a small finance team, with overall responsibility for the accounts payable function Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and multi-year planning processes, including ad hoc financial analysis Act as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders across Operations, Engineering and Flight Operations Prepare monthly management accounts, including ownership of complex accounting areas, variance analysis and insightful commentary Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and documentation Experience: A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Ideally 5+ years' post-qualification experience in a similar or related role A proven ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables and manage competing priorities Strong people management experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a small team Strong base salary attached.
