The Gravity Group is a niche construction company specialising in the removal of asbestos and large scale roof replacement projects. We are looking for a proactive administrative assistant to join our growing office team. Experience within the Construction sector and/ or Health and Safety is very advantageous but not essential.
Job Requirements:
* Managing incoming enquiries.
* Performing clerical duties as required.
* Assisting with data entry into the company's management system.
* Organising induction programs for new employees and updating HR records.
* Booking transport, accommodation and training for employees.
* Assisting in the preparation and management of site paperwork.
* Assisting in the booking and management of site plant and equipment.
* Assisting in the management of the company's vehicle fleet.
* Assisting in the management of the company's quality management system.
* Performing additional duties when required.
Essential skills required:
* Experience as an administrative assistant.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
* Experience in the Construction sector and/or Health and Safety is very advantageous.

Pay: €31,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
