The Raw Juice Company, established in 1999, is a manufacturer of award-winning juices distributed nationwide. We are seeking an outgoing, presentable, and driven individual to provide world-class customer service in delivering our products around the greater Dublin area, with plans to develop nationwide delivery routes. The ideal candidate will have a desire for growth and development, along with sales and promotional skills.
The Role – Multi Drop Delivery Driver / Van Sales & General Operative
This is an in-person role based at Ballymount, Dublin.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, plus one Saturday per month.
* Loading and transporting our product range in temperature-controlled company vehicles in a methodical, timely, and organized manner.
* Route planning for effective and organized deliveries.
* Delivering products throughout Dublin and nationwide.
* Providing first-class customer care and attention.
* Maintaining accurate stock levels and correct temperatures.
* Managing paperwork and organizational tasks for submission to the admin office.
* Driving safely and legally at all times, maintaining a clean driving record.
* Reporting issues daily to HQ.
* Carrying out full pre- and post-shift vehicle checks and reporting concerns to the transport manager.
* Face-to-face B2B sales on routes and building routes.
* Assisting in other areas such as warehouse duties (approximately 75% deliveries, 25% warehouse work).
* Ensuring external vehicle safety systems are operational at all times.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and promotion.
* Professional attitude and appearance as an ambassador for RJC.
* Proven track record driving a LWB Ford Transit or similar.
* No accidents, claims, or convictions (including penalty points) in the past 3 years.
* Manual handling training (preferred).
* Reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
* Fluent in English and residing in Ireland.
* Able to commute daily to Ballymount, Dublin.
* Hardworking, flexible, diligent, friendly, and a team player.
* Willing to grow within the role and company.
