As a Wellbeing Consultant you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic consultancy, delivering tailored wellbeing programmes, and driving meaningful change across diverse organisations.You will have a high level of energy and a genuine passion for wellbeing, with a commitment to fostering a positive and healthy workplace culture. You'll combine your expertise in wellbeing with strong commercial awareness and account management skills to deliver exceptional client experiences. From program delivery to reporting and identifying selling opportunities, this role offers variety, purpose, and the chance to make a real difference.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert wellbeing consultancy services to new and existing corporate clients.Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building trusted relationships and identifying selling opportunities.Overcome challenges and drive positive organisational change.Analyse, design and deliver strategic wellbeing programmes aligned to client goals.Ensure smooth integration with third-party providers and internal teams.Collect, analyse, and report on programme effectiveness using health data and commercial insights.Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to clients based on program outcomes.Support internal stakeholders with wellbeing expertise and guidance.Ensure clear signposting to mental health, financial wellbeing, DEI, and other support services.Maintain attention to detail across bookings, invoicing, and program delivery.Why You'll BringWe're looking for someone with most or all of the following:Experience in a corporate business environment.Strong account/client management and relationship-building skills.Exposure to delivering health and wellbeing consultancy services.High proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation delivery, with experience managing a high volume of client-facing presentations.Ability to write reports and interpret health-related data.Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.Ability to measure the impact and effectiveness of wellbeing programmes through a commercial lens.High attention to detail and follow-through.Key CompetenciesDrive for ResultsDrive Innovation & ChangePlanning and OrganisingBuilding and Maintaining RelationshipsCommunication & InfluencingAbout usIrish Life is one of Ireland's largest financial institutions with a presence across a range of financial services markets.
