The Security Operations Centre (SOC) Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the delivery of SOC services. This includes managing engagement with the SOC/SIEM provider to ensure efficient and effective solutions.
1. To manage KPIs and their delivery, monitor EPS rates for each participating entity.
2. To build SOC monitoring facilities in your organization to monitor performance and hybrid capabilities.
