Field Sales Executive (FMCG, West Dublin) €52,000 + 10% Completion Bonus Our client, a highly successful multinational based in West Dublin, is seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join their Irish market sales operation on a 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.This role provides territory cover across the Irish market, ensuring continuity of service and strong in-store execution.Location: West Dublin (field-based, territory cover across Ireland as required) Salary:€52,000 per annum + 10% bonus on successful completion of contract Contract:12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend As Field Sales Executive, you will deliver agreed sales and distribution objectives through hands-on territory management and in-store execution, supporting cycle and quarterly plans.Key responsibilities include: Achieving agreed volume, distribution and share-of-market targets within assigned territories Providing short- and long-term territory cover to ensure continuity of service Executing high-quality in-store activity to maximise consumer off-take across product categories Accurately recording and reporting all field activity and performance data Using analytical tools to identify opportunities, build territory plans and assess commercial impact Identifying local market opportunities and feeding insights into cycle and quarterly planning Implementing cycle objectives in line with direction from Sales Management Planning efficient routing and scheduling of trade visits to maximise impact Ensuring optimal range, stock holding and availability across own and competitor in-store equipment, with a focus on key SKUs Working cross-functionally to accelerate category and brand performance within the territory Essential Requirements Degree-qualified or equivalent relevant commercial experience Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, trade marketing, merchandising or FMCG sales Strong understanding of retail execution and territory management Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills Strong IT skills, including CRM systems, MS Excel and Power Point Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent spoken and written English Desirable Experience working within a multinational or matrix environment Apply Send your CV to Ben Higgins via the link below.Hybrid/field-based role.12-month contract.
