As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will work with a talented group of developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to enhance Health and Safety Incident Management and Workplace Case Management applications. These solutions are part of the Safe Workplace portfolio, designed to promote wellness and drive a safety-first culture across global organizations.
You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and compliant features that support health incident tracking, risk mitigation, and employee safety management.
What you get to do in this role: **
* Maintain existing automation testframeworks
* Collect and report quality metricsfrom testexecution
* Work with developers todesign specific testing strategies forfeatures being developed andautomatethem
* Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automatethem
* Support engineering organizations introubleshooting or addressingissues with applications and dev/testenvironments
To be successful in this role you have:
* Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
* 5+ years of experience with qualityassurance and Java programming withSelenium, JUnit andTestNG
* Fluency with scripting inJavaScript. Experience with Eclipse,Jenkin, Maven, andGit
* Understanding of testingtechniques (e.g.performance, unit,integration, automated), their strengthsand weakness, and ability to use themto besteffect
* Ability to usetools (such asIDE, debugger, build tools,source control, ServiceNow instances,profilers, system administration/Unixtools)to assist withdailytasks
* Experience driving cross-teamtechnical discussions with an understanding ofSDLCconcepts
