Excellent benefits and career progression opportunities.Your new roleAs a Production Operative in this exciting company you will carry out the below duties:Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all timesProduce product to specified quality standards and volumesUndertake preventative maintenance operations as outlined in the operations manual/PM Schedule, or as directed by the Team Leaders.Set up and clean machinery as appropriateActively participate in behavioural safety activities and identify and reporting near missesSafely and effectively carry out product changes as per production scheduleCarry out adjustments to the machinery/process as out lined in the operations manual, or as directed by the Cell Leaders.42 hrs per week. Continental shifts days and nights. 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am.What you'll need to succeedIdeally you will have previous experience working within a high volume manufacturing environment and have experience working continental shifts (desirable).
