Due to continued expansion Open Agency Property Management are now recruiting an Auctioneering & Property Manager Apprenticeship.

Job Description:
As an Apprentice with Open Agency you will be working with a Senior Property Manager to effectively manage a portfolio of residential and commercial developments and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Key elements of the role:
* Financial management
* Property management
* Communications management
* Helping to coordinate property maintenance and tendering
* Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
* Communicating with residents and addressing their questions and concerns
* Supporting budget preparation and expense management
* Maintaining accurate records of all property-related activities and transactions
Job Requirements
* Experience & Qualifications: Have experience and/or a keen interest in working in the property industry.
* Hold or be studying for a property qualification that qualifies for the PSRA license.
* Have a full Irish driving license and insured operable vehicle.

* Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in-person.
* Attention to detail.
* Effective time management, including prioritisation of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Organisational skills.

* Proficiency with word processing software and other related tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
