To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience as a curriculum designer/developer or in a similar position. Proficiency in tools like Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or Adobe Premiere is essential. Additionally, you should have a strong ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate them into engaging educational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update educational content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Monitor platform changes and signals of updates to identify opportunities for content creation and updates.
* Implement quick updates for simple changes and develop comprehensive content for complex new features.
* Support the evolution of certification programs by refining learning paths and grading hands-on lab submissions.
* Develop educational materials to support product launches and public training offerings.
* Create high-quality educational videos using advanced tools and techniques.
* Design and implement a content strategy that ensures consistency across all educational materials.
* Collaborate with product teams to understand new features and translate them into effective learning materials.
