JLL are currently seeking to hire a
Surveyor
to join the
Valuations
team in our Dublin office.
Our Valuation Advisory department has a reputation for providing accurate and consistent advice as a market leader in Ireland.
A full range of professional services are covered by our team including loan security valuations, fund valuations, rent reviews and a full range of advisory services.
The ideal candidate will ideally be a qualified member of the SCSI or RICS preferably with at least 2 years' experience in the commercial property sector.
The candidate should be able to work as part of a team or work on their own initiative.
A strong understanding of current trends and influencers of the Irish market will be required to provide advice to the highest standard.
Responsibilities/Requirements
Required competencies:
2 years' experience in the valuation of commercial property
Strong technical skills - proficient in Excel and Circle/Argus Investor
Capable of working on own initiative
Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients
Self-motivated, results driven and career focused
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Capable of analysing and understanding client requirements
Highly motivated and target driven
Flexible and collaborative working in a team
Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic work environment
