We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Support
* Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
* Liaising with suppliers and client regarding accounts queries
* Managing and filing receipts and invoices to account system
Administrative Support
* General office duties including post, greeting clients, answering phones, responding to emails, printing, scanning and filing
* Maintaining & setting up new accurate records and databases
* Assisting with scheduling meetings and diary management
* Maintain office & facilities supplies and coordinate with IT to help ensure a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
* Preparation of correspondence including but not limited to emails, letters, reports and planning application supporting documentation.
* Supporting other team members as required
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative and/or accounts role is essential
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage
* Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
