Waste Management Driver Position
We are seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Waste Collection Vehicle Driver to work with our waste collection team in Sligo.
* Drive Class 2 waste trucks on local collections with a consistent schedule of early morning starts and late afternoon finishes.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills and experience working as an LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) driver. A good understanding of health and safety procedures is also essential. The position requires you to maintain accurate records while adhering to regulations set by governing bodies.
In addition, the candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
The job involves operating heavy machinery safely at all times; hence drivers must undergo regular training sessions. Good physical fitness levels along with flexibility during shifts are vital requirements for ensuring seamless operations throughout day-to-day activities.
A valid CPC card is necessary due to EU legislation enforcing such practices across transport industries within Europe today!
