Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome customers, providing a positive atmosphere at all customer touchpoints.
* Assess customer needs, managing queues efficiently and ensuring smooth customer flow.
* Provide support across branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Respond to customer queries, acting as a liaison between branches and departments when required.
* Process rental agreements during peak periods, reducing wait times for pick-up and return.
* Support additional operations as directed, including but not limited to rental processing, vehicle checks, audits, and driving.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
* Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-pressure situations.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Fluent English language skills (additional languages are an advantage).
* A full Category B driving licence is preferred but not essential.
