Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. The company's products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients.
Our product portfolio included a comprehensive range of IV generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products.
The Role
The main focus of this role is to promote and achieve profitable sales of IV & Oncology drugs and Standard Solutions products in designated hospitals in Ireland. The role is full-time Monday - Friday and will be field-based across Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Sell the Fresenius Kabi Pharma portfolio namely Anaesthesia, Analgesia, Anti-Infectives, Critical Care, IV Fluids and Oncology
* Effective Key Account Management of assigned hospitals in Ireland
* Work with the National Sales Manager to develop solutions/presentations for tender submissions for hospitals/accounts as and when appropriate
* Work with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in all Fresenius Kabi hospitals/accounts
* Consistently communicate with all relevant personnel, on business objectives and provide detailed contact reports via CRM and internal communication platforms
* Work to set call rate guidelines as identified by National Sales Manager and associated activity reporting via the FK CRM system
* Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by the National Sales Manager
* Gather market intelligence on current and potential drug launches (current and potential competitors, market units, market prices, product developments, customer requirements and customer preferences
Qualifications/experience
* Proven track record in hospital sales and key account selling experience
* Demonstrate a good business acumen
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* MRII/ABPI qualification is desirable but not essential
