OverviewJoin to apply for the Regional Field Sales Executive - Dublin role at Imperial Brands PLC.We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Field Sales team as a Regional Field Sales Executive in Dublin and surrounding areas. You will be joining a long standing, experienced team of Regional Field Sales Executives with strong retailer relationships. We offer unrivalled training and a mentoring scheme, and a culture focused on development, engagement, well-being, and progression.This is a field-based role, and you will need to travel to customer sites across Dublin and surrounding areas. Ideally you will live in Dublin to facilitate travel. All candidates must hold a valid Full driving licence.
Principle Accountabilities
Drive business across Retail multiple and Independent Stores, Key Accounts and Wholesale
Partner with Independent and Wholesale outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships within your territory through a range of Key Accounts Operations Team to Retailers and key contacts within wholesalers, having value-adding conversations to sell in new products to meet customer needs
Drive customer advocacy for our brands by achieving sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within the defined area
Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to help ensure the best possible space allocation and visibility of Imperial brands on shelf
Identify new business opportunities by understanding category and shopper behaviour in-store
Provide cover for current Field Sales teams RDR during journey planning to ensure effective coverage of the account base and implement territory business plan
Skills and Experience Required
Previous and/or current Face to Face Sales Experience within an FMCG business
Experience in building face to face relationships with retailers
Excellent communication and people skills, with proven ability to build rapport quickly
Team player with an understanding of wider team goals and how you can impact them
Self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively; able to use your initiative
Able to set and meet self-stretching targets
