The Role:
As a Corporate/Banking Solicitor, you will:
Advise on corporate and banking transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and structured finance.
Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documentation.
Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.
Manage client relationships and help grow the firm’s profile within corporate and banking sectors.
The Person:
NQ+ Solicitor with experience or interest in corporate or banking law (newly qualified or with post-qualification experience).
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
