Job summary
Themunication Manager, who will report to the Managing Director, is in charge of implementing the CACEISmunication plan in Ireland.
They will be responsible for:
Promoting the circulation of information about the entity's strategy, projects, activities and organisation.
Preparing and managing all CACEIS internal and institutional content.
Organising and managing the budgets of external and internal events whose goal is to raise the profile of CACEIS vis-à-vis its internal and external audiences.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Project management
1. Oversee the execution of across-the-boardmunication projects and/or participate in internal project groups
2. Showcase the CACEIS brand identity and ensure it is depicted coherently in all cross-functional projects undertaken with the various units
Production of internal and institutionalmunication content
3. Write or supervise the writing of various internal and externalmunication materials: editorials, press kits, Group reference documents, etc.
4. Propose and decide on distribution materials/channels, objectives and budget
5. Propose and implement tools to periodically measure the impact of the actions carried out
Intranet and internet
6. Coordinate and update the local Intranet
7. Write and disseminate the content made available on the local Intranet: sourcing of topics and drafting of articles
8. Oversee maintenance and updates for the Intranet
o Make proposals to improve and advance the Intranet
o Contribute to Intranet development projects in accordance with the requirements expressed by the departments and help implement them
o Set up and monitor indicators/dashboards
o Identify technical malfunctions and help to resolve them in collaboration with the IT team
Internal and external events
9. Organise and manage all types of small- or large-scale events for audiences inside and outside CACEIS, from the concept phase (brief, definition of specifications, analysis of proposals from potential providers) to event execution (supervision of invitations and databases, supervision of services provided) within the budgets and times allotted.
