Job Title: Property Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing properties, including acting as key contact with tenants, clients, solicitors, contractors, and other property service providers.
* Manage and update monthly Excel-based client reports on rent collection and management activities.
* Understand property management performance and operational issues and make recommendations to the management team.
* Complete all administrative tasks and functions in respect of properties.
* Prepare tenant lease documentation, process RTB registrations, and attend hearings as representative of the landlord.
* Issue rent reviews, manage utility accounts, and prepare statutory notices.
* Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with contractors and follow up to ensure completion.
* Assist in scheduling property inspections, viewings, and appointments.
* Maintain accurate records of tenancies, rent payments, and property-related expenses, and actively chase arrears where required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Degree or Diploma in Property or Finance, which will be a key advantage.
* Previous experience within the property industry is also a key advantage.
* Familiarity with Irish tenancy laws and RTB procedures is an advantage.
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations is an advantage.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent numerical skills.
* Excellent and proven organisational skills.
* Excellent and proven written and oral communication skills.
