Business Development Manager - Estate Agency Sector
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow revenue from an established client base and acquire new business within the estate agency sector in the Munster region.
About the Role
* Serve as a trusted advisor to property clients, connecting them with high-traffic online audiences.
* Promote a suite of digital advertising solutions to meet customer needs and drive performance.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with estate agents and key decision-makers in your territory.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. Your role will involve conducting face-to-face client visits throughout Cork and Kerry, prospecting new business, and expanding existing accounts.
Requirements
* 3+ years of B2B or digital sales experience, ideally with a background in online advertising or SaaS.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Apart from the above requirements, we are looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment, is comfortable engaging with C-level executives, and has a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Tableau is an advantage.
