What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and counter assistance
Create quotations, process sales orders, follow-up queries
Coordinate with transport, yard, purchasing, and external reps
Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and supplier offers
Support displays, showroom upkeep, and customer engagement
What You Bring
Experience in internal sales or customer service preferred (construction or hardware ideal but not essential)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
IT proficiency and willingness to learn systems
A friendly communication style and team-oriented mindset
