Bakery Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and producing a diverse range of baked goods such as pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts for clients within the region. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ordering necessary ingredients on time to meet customer demands.
* You should have at least 2+ years' experience working in a similar role with proficiency in managing multiple tasks under pressure;
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of an organized team with excellent communication skills;
* Familiarity with HACCP standards including food safety protocols is essential;
The successful candidate must possess passion for baking creativity innovation handling various priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outputs.
