This is a technical support role responsible for providing assistance to various stakeholders on campus. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, as well as provide training and guidance on technology use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Third-level qualification in IT or Computer Science degree is required. At least two years of experience in a similar position, and/or in a similar education environment. Ability to learn new systems and applications, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and Microsoft 365 Certification are also essential.
