Position Summary
Medication Technicians assist in administering medications as ordered by physicians, under supervision, and provide assistance with daily activities for residents.
Essential Job Functions
1. Deliver medications using company software to document records.
2. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
3. Observe and record residents' conditions.
4. Support resident transfers and mobility.
5. Maintain cleanliness and change linens.
6. Greet visitors, answer phones, and support service goals.
7. Show compassion and a desire to work with the elderly.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED.
* CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
* Meet health requirements, including TB testing and immunizations.
