Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with customers to gather requirements and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions for equipment builds.
Manage projects and stakeholder management.
Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) to external suppliers for new equipment and upgrades.
Ensure timely and efficient processing of equipment requests and manage the execution of results.
Participate in cross-functional design reviews and contribute to product and process improvements.
Apply knowledge of project management principles to support effective planning and execution.
Document meeting outcomes and coordinate status updates and approvals on key project deliverables.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, engaging with internal and external cross-functional teams.
Track project milestones and ensure alignment with overall timelines.
Estimate time requirements and sequence project tasks for optimal delivery.
Coordinate and prioritize activities related to service, maintenance, and upgrades, involving both internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a project engineering or related technical role.
Strong analytical, systems analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project, Jira, or similar).
Ability to identify schedule deviations and contribute to corrective action planning at the project level.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
