Senior Infrastructure Procurement Manager - Major Capital Projects

If you’re ready to step into a senior procurement role with real scale and influence, this opportunity offers exactly that. You’ll lead procurement on some of the largest infrastructure programmes ever delivered in Ireland, operating at a strategic level within a major capital delivery environment.
You will take ownership of end-to-end procurement, shaping procurement strategy, leading sourcing activity and managing high-value supplier relationships. You’ll work extensively with NEC and JCT contracts, partnering with senior stakeholders across engineering, commercial and delivery teams.
Role responsibilities
You will lead procurement across major national infrastructure and capital programmes
You will own procurement strategy, sourcing delivery and supplier management
You will manage high-value procurement packages under NEC and JCT contracts
You will partner with senior stakeholders across engineering, commercial and delivery teams
You will drive value, compliance and long-term procurement capability
This role is ideal for you if
You have strong infrastructure or construction procurement experience
You’ve led end-to-end procurement activity at manager level
You’re confident operating with NEC and/or JCT contracts
You’re comfortable influencing at senior and programme level
