ABOUT THE PROJECT
• Work Location: Kilsheelan, Clonmel, Ireland
• Work model: On-site
• Contract type: 11 months temporary fixed-term contract
• Client: a global healthcare leader dedicated to improving health and well-being worldwide. The company focuses on innovative medicines, vaccines, and animal health products.
Work week is 39 hrs / week each site.
The only exception is Blackrock / Red Oak, where it is 37.5 hrs / week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Learning and Development Content Creator is responsible for identifying, designing and developing programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
The Content Creator also will act as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Designing and developing training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
• Acting as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
• Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultation with the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts, aligning with the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
• Supporting managers and individuals by providing information, advice, and resources to promote a high-performing organization. This includes designing and delivering customized training plans for new and existing employees.
• Providing guidance in the design of training programs and assisting in evaluating training activities.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
Core Competencies:
• Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material.
• Strong presentation and training evaluation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 Software and Excel.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills and influence others positively.
Educational Requirements:
• Minimum degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design or a related discipline
