Overview
Ethical Trade Executive Comms & Training (Central Support) role at Primark. Location: Dublin, Ireland, also open to consider Reading, UK.
What You’ll Do
* Oversees and supports the day-to-day operations of Primark’s Ethical Trade Programme, including site linking, 24-hour unlocks, FL tracker maintenance, and other core licensing tasks as needed.
* Facilitates smooth programme delivery through regular communication with B&M, Sourcing, Suppliers, Factories, Primark ET Field Teams, and ABF Legal on ET compliance, data management, and analysis.
* Serves as the primary contact for new starters, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the department’s functions and how the ETES team collaborates. Continuously updates and evolves documentation to accurately reflect changes and support onboarding.
* Supports the design and delivery of training and engagement initiatives on ETES topics, utilising various tools to upskill the business and supply base on Primark’s requirements.
* Drives communication efficiency within the department by establishing clear guidelines and monitoring of SharePoint sites.
* Manages the quarterly ETES newsletter, providing regular updates on projects and team activities.
* Develops and maintains the OneETES SharePoint site, promoting alignment and engagement across the ETES team by centralising structure charts, key updates, policies, and legislative changes.
* Collaborates with global teams to develop standard operating procedures for core tasks and processes.
* Communicates issues effectively and accurately, maintaining a high standard of reporting.

* Experience in social compliance/ CSR.

* Previous experience in engaging with internal/ external stakeholders.
