Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office )
We’re working with a global financial services company building a modern, AI-driven workflow platform. This is a senior front-end role focused purely on UI and user experience using React and TypeScript.
You’ll join a small innovation team and work closely with product and business stakeholders in Dublin. This is not a typical front-end role. You’ll be shaping how the product looks and feels, not just building from specs.
What you’ll be doing
Build high-quality UI using React and TypeScript
Turn ideas into working prototypes quickly using AI tools
Work closely with product teams to shape user experience
Improve and influence UI decisions across the platform
Collaborate with backend teams for integration
Support junior engineers through code reviews
Must have
5+ years of experience as software engineering
3+ years of strong experience with React and TypeScript
Proven track record building user-focused interfaces
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up development
Able to prototype ideas quickly and iterate fast
Confident communicator who can challenge and influence decisions
Product mindset with a strong sense of what good UX looks like
Experience with Docker
Exposure to AWS services and practices or modern architectures
Background working before and after AI tools became mainstream
