We are exclusively recruiting for an aircraft leasing platform seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Office & Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of its Dublin office.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing front-of-house responsibilities while also supporting broader office operations, facilities coordination, and workplace administration across the business.
Responsibilities
Manage reception duties and act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general enquiries
Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality arrangements, and support for internal events
Liaise with external suppliers, maintenance providers, and building management on office-related matters
Support office administration including supplies management, access coordination, and workplace upkeep
Assist with facilities projects, repairs, and day-to-day operational support across the office environment
Requirements
Previous experience within reception, office coordination, facilities, or administrative support roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Professional communication style with a proactive and approachable manner
Comfortable operating within a visible, office-based support position
Comfortable working in a five-days-per-week office-based environment
