About the Roles
You will play a key role in a range of exciting and challenging projects, including:
* Large-scale residential and mixed-use developments
* Urban regeneration strategies
* Infrastructure and renewable energy schemes
* Masterplans and statutory plan submissions
* Commercial, industrial, and data centre projects
You'll work with a diverse client base, including leading Irish and international firms, within a supportive consultancy that values innovation, quality, and client success.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Accredited postgraduate degree in Town Planning (IPI and/or RTPI accredited)
* Full membership or eligibility for membership of the IPI and/or RTPI
* For senior roles, demonstrable experience in managing planning applications, appeals, submissions, and EIA Reports
* Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects is highly desirable
* Excellent report writing, communication, and analytical skills
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, results-driven mindset
