Electrical Trades Teaching Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of teaching Electrical Trades at our institution.


Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Lecturer in Electrical Trades. The successful candidate will have responsibility for delivering Phase 4 and Phase 6 curricula in the Electrical apprenticeship and may also deliver on part-time programmes.

* Deliver standards-based electrical curriculum at both phase 4 and phase 6 training
* Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students
* Assess student progress and provide feedback
* Masters degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
* At least three years of relevant post-qualification experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Honours degree in relevant engineering discipline
* Relevant teaching experience
* Appropriate IT skills (MS Office, Solidworks/CAD, etc)
